Marie Irene Carpenter
A proud Juneau resident since 2011, Marie Irene Carpenter brings quiet dedication, deep resourcefulness, and a meticulous standard of ethics to Southeast Alaska Real Estate. Rather than relying on high-pressure sales tactics, Marie’s approach is built on careful diligence, transparency, and genuine care for the people she serves.
Her career is rooted in decades of high-accountability operations and public trust. Prior to entering real estate sales, Marie spent twelve years supervising front-line operations and client logistics in Juneau before advancing to direct the day-to-day management of a prominent multi-building commercial property. Under her operational leadership, the property earned KTOO’s Best of Juneau in 2023 and Google’s Best of Juneau in 2024—testaments to her consistency, crisis-management capability, and commitment to service excellence.
Marie’s background also includes valuable experience in regulatory adjudication with the State of Alaska Department of Labor, as well as prior small-business co-ownership in commercial logistics. This diverse history gives her a rare, multi-faceted understanding of statutory rules, business administration, and the importance of protecting client interests with absolute precision. If a complex question arises during a transaction, she doesn’t guess—she researches, verifies, and works relentlessly until her clients have clear, dependable answers.
Today, Marie serves in a dual capacity as both Office Manager and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson alongside Managing Broker Debbie White. Working at the center of the brokerage’s day-to-day operations, she oversees transaction administration, marketing production, and financial bookkeeping with steady follow-through.
Grounded in her commitment to guiding clients with a steady hand and a caring heart, Marie treats every transaction with the focus and integrity it deserves. Whether you are buying your first home or preparing a property for the market, you can count on organized guidance, total transparency, and steadfast advocacy from contract to closing.
