She actually managed the property in Juneau, including yard maintenance, inspection and repair coordination, and house clean up. She knew who to hire for inspections and repairs. She was extrememly pro-active and responsive. I did not really expect that level of involvement. I cannot imagine anyone else spending the time she did on this sale. Hey, Debbie, Thanks for getting "the farm" sold! Your enthusiasm, hard work, and extensive advertising got the job done. In less than five months, the land sold, when it was on the market for over 2 years before that. Hope the rest of the year goes as well for you. I will advise anyone who is looking for a real estate agent to come your way. Enjoyed all the talks about our kids and Juneau history.

I was using another service and was not getting anywhere after 2 months and only a couple of showings with no offer I switch to Debbie. After that things started happening quickly and the house had an offer in no time. Being out of town it took a lot of stress off of me knowing someone was keeping an eye on my house. I was very happy with the service received from Debbie and would highly recommend using her for selling or buying of your next home! Thanks Again!
